1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ScreenshotRender (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

ScreenshotRender provides an HTTP API that returns screenshots of public web pages. You are responsible for ensuring the URLs you submit are lawful to render and that your usage complies with the target site’s terms.

3. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for safeguarding your API key. Any request made with your key is attributed to your account and counted against your plan’s credit allowance.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Refunds are at our discretion. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law or third-party right;
• Render content prohibited by the target site’s terms;
• Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScreenshotRender will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
