1. What we collect

To run ScreenshotRender we collect:

• Account data — your name, email, and an OAuth profile (e.g. Google) when you sign up.
• Billing data — handled by Stripe; we store only the customer ID and subscription status, never card details.
• Usage data — API requests, URLs submitted, timestamps, and credit counts, used for billing and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• To operate the Service and provide screenshots you request.
• To bill you and reset credits at the start of each billing cycle.
• To detect abuse and enforce our terms.
• To send transactional email (account, billing, security).

3. Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of vendors to deliver the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Firecrawl — page rendering infrastructure.
• Neon / PostgreSQL — database hosting.
• Google — OAuth sign-in.

4. Screenshots and submitted URLs

URLs you submit are forwarded to our rendering provider to fetch the page. Generated screenshots are stored temporarily on a CDN and expire after a short window. We do not sell or share your screenshots with third parties.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@screenshotrender.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Retention

We retain account and usage data while your account is active and for up to 12 months after deletion to comply with legal and accounting obligations.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
